In our profession, it is easy to get caught up finding solutions to problems that don't really exist. Professional fatigue and disappointment is fueled when educators live other people's questions rather than working to scratch their own itch.
What is your vision for teaching and learning and are you asking the right questions to discover the right tools and strategies to cultivate your goals?

I am often accused of being too opinionated. I just see it as taking a critical view of the world and a reflection of my role in it.
